Information you choose to provide

If you contact us by email, you may provide your name, work contact details, company name, equipment requirements and any other information included in your message. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account information, sensitive personal data or confidential drawings in an initial enquiry.

How the website enquiry tool works

The enquiry tool on the Contact page checks your entries and prepares a summary in your browser. It does not submit that information to a website database or send an email automatically. If you choose to open your email application and send the prepared message, the message is then processed by the relevant email providers and recipient systems.

Purposes of correspondence

Information received in an enquiry may be used to read and respond to the request, clarify technical requirements, prepare requested commercial correspondence and maintain records associated with that communication. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to add you to an advertising list.

Website operation and access logs

The website itself does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising cookies or embedded third-party analytics. Hosting and security systems may record technical request information, such as IP address, access time, requested page and browser details, to deliver the website, detect abuse and troubleshoot service issues. The actual hosting configuration and retention arrangements must be checked against the operator's records.

Service providers and international transfers

Technical hosting and email service providers may process information needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence. Depending on their infrastructure, processing may occur outside Oman. Any such processing must be assessed and managed under applicable data protection requirements.
